Job Overview:
Dynamic Systems, Inc. is seeking a proven inside sales professional to prospect and sell directly to companies via the telephone, online presentations and affinity partners in a defined geographic territory. This role will work in conjunction with the Sr. Sales Engineer and Marketing and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from start to finish. This includes delivering world-class customer experience and collecting information which will be important to further sales and support. We are looking for an aggressive, self starter whom is success-oriented with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. This position takes a high level of commitment and a desire to help the sales team achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals through sales to new customer acquisition and account development
- Capitalize on sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospect, qualification, discovery, product demonstration, negotiation and close
- Work closely with the team members and marketing to drive events, promotions, and partner campaigns
- Be and technical expert with a high degree of knowledge and understanding about Dynamic Systems products and services. Get to know your territory, industry, competition
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers and other third parties vendors
- Use salesforce.com to track, manage and automate your pipeline. Prepare accurate reports and forecasts and communicate key success metrics with executive management
- Be an active team player on the sales team and across the organization
- Build and champion an impressive book of business under little supervision
- Continually improve with frequent reviews of work while meeting company standards and expectation
Desired Skills and Experience
Education, Experience & Training required:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success
- Experience selling to “C” level Executives
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with or knowledge of B2B marketing
- Experience in technology or software industries is preferred but not required
